I enjoy solving puzzles.

Not just crossword puzzles (although those are fun too).

I mean the messy kind — confusing workflows, complex systems, unclear user journeys, and problems that don’t have obvious answers.

My favourite part of design is discovering the “why” behind people’s actions, and transforming those insights into experiences that feel natural.
